How it works
Aevy automatically extracts structured information — entities — from your documents: parties, dates, key terms, obligations, and more. When an extraction looks off, you can correct it directly and trigger a reprocess.
What you can do
Click the three-dot menu on any entity to access feedback options:

- Accurate - confirm the extraction is correct. Useful for signing off on reviewed data, both for your own reference and as a signal to teammates that the entity has been verified.
- Add comment - annotate any entity without changing its status. Use it to add context, flag an edge case, or leave guidance for whoever reviews it next.
- Inaccurate - flag a wrong extraction and explain what's off. Aevy uses your comment to reprocess the entity.
- Reveal in document - jump to the exact passage in the source document.
Reprocessing on feedback
When you mark an entity as Inaccurate and submit a comment, Aevy doesn't just record your note - it feeds your feedback back into the extraction pipeline and reprocesses that entity. The result is a corrected extraction that reflects your input, improving accuracy for that document.
Benefits
- Self-correcting information: Inaccurate extractions get fixed, not just flagged
- Institutional knowledge: Comments persist for future reviewers working the same document
- Full traceability: Every entity links back to its source passage via Reveal in document
No configuration needed - feedback controls are available on every extracted entity across your dataroom.
