Get up and running with Aevy in minutes. Learn the basics of uploading documents, navigating your portfolio, and using Squirrel.

Logging In

Go to aevy.app
Enter your organization identifier (provided during onboarding)
Log in using your company credentials (via SSO/Azure AD)

Platform Building Blocks

Concept	Description
Asset	A wind farm, solar park, or other infrastructure item managed in Aevy
Document	A PDF synchronized from SharePoint and stored in Aevy
Entity	A discrete piece of data (e.g., "Contract End Date") automatically extracted from a document. Over 300 entity types are supported
Reminder	A dated task—often compliance-related—linked to documents and assets
Punch List Item	A recorded defect or non-conformity linked to a system/component
Contact / Company	People and organisations related to an asset

Document Management

How documents are synced

Aevy connects to your SharePoint sites and ingests PDF files. Synchronization runs on a schedule set during onboarding.

What happens to your documents

OCR and NLP pipelines parse each PDF
Entities are extracted and stored with their source text for traceability
Use the eye icon next to any entity to view its location within the original PDF

Supported File Formats

Fully supported: PDF, Word (.doc, .docx), plain text (.txt, .md)
Limited support: Excel, images (.png, .jpeg, .jpg, .tiff), PowerPoint
