Aevy now lets you stay on top of activity without having to be logged in. You can receive in-app notifications and emails whenever something happens on assets you care about — new documents, Q&A activity, comments, and more.
You can access your notification preferences at any time from the top-right of the screen. The settings panel lets you choose what you want to be notified about and how.

There are two ways activity can trigger a notification, and understanding the difference helps you tune the signal-to-noise ratio.
Everything from an asset
When you have access to an asset (a dataroom, for example), you can opt in to receive all activity on it — every document upload, visitor action, Q&A question, and update. This is ideal for assets you are actively managing.
Only what you're watching
If you're tracking specific documents or sections within an asset, you can choose to only be notified about those. This keeps your inbox focused when you're monitoring a large dataroom but only care about a subset of its content.
